Let’s Go Quantum

Quantum ideas with feet firmly in the soil of what we know through experience.

What if some of what we call “stuck emotions” isn’t just happening in our thoughts?

What if it’s also happening in our bodies, our energy, our patterns of attention, our rhythms?

Not in a mystical sense.
Not in a “science says this” sense.

In a poetic, exploratory sense.

Quantum physics doesn’t give us emotional healing techniques.

But it does give us metaphors that can help us think differently about change.

And sometimes, different thinking opens new doors.

Everything in the universe, including your body, is made of energy in motion.

Not as an idea.
As physics.

Atoms.
Particles.
Fields.
Vibration.
Movement.

Nothing is static.

So when we talk about emotions being “stuck,” we’re not talking about something frozen.

We’re talking about patterns that keep repeating.

Loops.

Rhythms that formed under pressure and never quite released.

From a neuroscience perspective, that’s neural pathways.

From a somatic perspective, that’s muscle memory and nervous system states.

From a poetic-physics perspective, you could call it energy that hasn’t finished moving.

Different language.
Same phenomenon.

In quantum systems, there’s something called resonance.

When two systems match frequencies, they amplify each other.

They lock in.

You can see this in sound, light, and waves.

You can also see it in people.

A mood catches.
Anxiety spreads.
Calm settles a room.
Old grief resurfaces in familiar settings.

Not because of magic.

Because nervous systems synchronise.

We’re relational beings.

We tune to each other.

When an emotional pattern repeats long enough, it becomes familiar.

Familiar feels safe.
Even when it hurts.

So we return to it.

Again and again.

From the outside, it looks like self-sabotage.

From the inside, it’s pattern loyalty.

Another concept in physics is fields.

Every electrical system generates a field.
Every magnetic system generates a field.

Your heart does.
Your brain does.

This is measurable.

It doesn’t mean your thoughts “attract” events.

It means your state affects your perception, behaviour, and responses.

When you’re stressed, you notice threat.
When you’re calm, you notice possibility.
When you’re grounded, you make different choices.

Inner state shapes outer experience.

Not magically.

Biologically.

Relationally.

Over time.

Quantum physics also talks about entanglement.

Particles that have interacted remain linked, even when separated.

Again — this is physics, not psychology.

But as metaphor, it’s beautiful.

Because humans do something similar.

We carry traces of people.

Parents.
Lovers.
Friends.
Teachers.
Losses.

Voices live inside us.
Reactions live inside us.
Expectations live inside us.

Healing isn’t about cutting those threads.

It’s about loosening what no longer needs to pull.

When you change your relationship to an old wound, something shifts in the whole network.

You feel it.
Others often feel it too.

Not because of energy beams.

Because relationships are systems.

And systems reorganise when one part changes.

Another idea in physics is coherence.

When waves move together, they become powerful.

When they clash, energy is lost.

Inside us, coherence looks like:

Thoughts, emotions, and body aligned.

You feel what you feel.
You know what you know.
You act from integrity.

No inner war.

Practices like breathing, walking, resting, noticing, laughing, crying — they restore coherence.

Not because they’re spiritual tricks.

Because they regulate your nervous system.

Finally, there’s the observer effect.

In quantum experiments, measurement changes behaviour.

In human terms, awareness changes patterns.

When you notice your reaction, you interrupt it.

When you feel your body, you soften it.

When you stay present, you widen options.

Attention is not passive.

It’s participatory.

You don’t just witness your life.

You shape it through what you attend to.

None of this means emotions are “just energy.”

None of this replaces neuroscience.
None of this bypasses therapy, grief, or time.

This is metaphor.

Perspective.

Poetry informed by physics.

Used wisely, it reminds us:

You are not a fixed object.
You are a living process.

Your patterns are not your identity.

They are habits of energy, attention, and response.

And habits can change.

Not by force.

By relationship.

With your body.
With your breath.
With your story.
With your life.

You are not broken.

You are tuning.

Like breathing, it’s always been there.

Now you’re paying attention.

Imagine stepping away from the modern concepts of the mind and ego, freeing yourself towards finding Real Truth and the Real You!

The pure Breath of Life is unbeatable.
