Life is my Greatest Teacher.

I have been blessed with incredible people throughout the years who have shown me the true meaning of friendship and pure connection.

I am a real person who loves sharing the tools I have collected along the way, and I promise to keep it real with you, just as I do with myself.
Being to Being is where the magic happens.

I was adopted at birth, grew up in Alberta, Canada, and for the past twenty five years I have called the East Coast of Australia home.
Life has thrown plenty of curveballs, and I have learned to dance with them, sometimes gracefully and sometimes very awkwardly.

Since childhood I have been fascinated by this wild ride called the human experience. At age nine I was peer voted as a Peer Counsellor, my first formal taste of a lifelong passion. I have spent my life flipping over every rock of science, logic, theology, spirituality, history and mystery to understand us better.

I have spent decades observing, experimenting and finding practical ways to navigate challenges, my own and other people’s. 

I have also watched society throw some questionable punches. 

What keeps me lit up is this simple truth. 

We always have the power of choice. That spark is everything.

Honesty, truth and a touch of playful irreverence are non negotiable for me.

Life is too short for anything else.

My Experience and Training

From running an international backpacker hostel for 20 years to diving deep into the human mind and energy, 

I’ve collected a rather eclectic (and effective) toolbox.

• Certified Hypnotist (Regression Technology – NLP & Hypnosis)
• Mace Energy Method Practitioner (no longer affiliated with MEM™ or Causism™)
• Certifications in Effective Communication, Hypnotic Persuasion, NCI-1, Body Language Analysis, Chinese Face Reading, and Reiki Mastery
• Currently completing NCI-2 certification (Neuro-Cognitive Intelligence University, since 2020) – deep training in Behavioural Profiling, Advanced Body Language, Interview & Interrogation, and micro expression analysis
• One life-changing year in Dr. David Snyder’s Mastery Program (NLP, hypnosis, identity-level change, Chinese Medicine, Image Cycling and many different modalities of metaphysical healing)

I also continue to explore Qi Gong, Emotion Code, Biofield Tuning, and healing frequencies because my curiosity about how humans tick, heal, and grow is endless.

These are tools — not magic wands. 

They help me guide and offer fresh perspective while you remain 100 % in the driver’s seat of your own journey.

My Philosophy
No BS, playful and fiercely results driven. 

I am not here to give you more rules or must dos. I am here to help you reconnect with what already feels natural and freeing to you.

Life is a game, but I am more interested in seeing through the game and enjoying the ride.

I have watched people uncover levels of awareness, insight and freedom they never imagined possible. That is why I do this. It is not a job. 

It is a curiosity fuelled adventure, and I love sharing the playground.

Real growth is messy, playful and deeply personal.
