Life has been, and still is, my Greatest Teacher.
I’m a real person with tools I genuinely enjoy sharing, and I promise to be real with You, the way I am with me. Being-to-Being? That’s where all the good stuff happens.
I was adopted at birth, grew up in Alberta, Canada, and for the past 25 years, I’ve been calling the East Coast of Australia home. Life has thrown all kinds of twists my way, and I’ve learned to dance (sometimes awkwardly) with them.
Since I was a little girl, I’ve been fascinated by this whole Human Experience thing. At age 9, I became a peer-voted Peer Counsellor — the first formal taste of curiosity turned into a lifelong passion: exploring myself, human behavior, and communication by “looking under all the rocks” of science, logic, theology, history, and mystery.
I’ve spent my life observing, experimenting, and finding ways to navigate challenges — both mine and those around me. And yes, I’ve seen society throw some questionable punches along the way. But here’s the thing: we all have the power of choice, and that spark? That’s where my zest for life comes from.
Honesty, truth, and a little playful irreverence are my constants. I bring them into every interaction because life’s too short for anything else.
My Experience and Training
Throughout my adventures — including two decades managing international backpacker accommodation — I’ve trained in a variety of skills and certifications that support my work:

I’m currently studying NCI-2 Behavioral Profiling, Body Language, Interview & Interrogation, Sound Healing, and Biofield Tuning, and I’m always curious about new fields in Human Behaviour and personal development.
These skills are my toolbox — not a magic wand. They help me guide, support, and provide options, while you remain in control of your own journey.
My Philosophy
I’ve always had a “no BS, playful, results-driven” style. I’m here to support people in discovering what feels natural and freeing — not to impose rules, secrets, or “must-dos.” Life’s a game, but I’m more about leaving the game behind and enjoying the ride. Ditch the chains. Break the mold. Find your spark.

I’ve witnessed people discovering more awareness, insight, and freedom than they thought possible. That’s why I do what I do. It’s not a job; it’s a passion — a curiosity-fueled adventure to explore life from every angle, and to share tools along the way.
The majority of my focus is on exploring patterns, awareness, and the natural ways we can support ourselves — without over complicating, overthinking, or turning life into a manual. Real growth is messy, playful, and deeply personal. And I love being part of that journey.
